  4. What is kept

You can delete your NavShield account and its data at any time — in the app or by e-mail.

1. In the app

  1. Open NavShield and go to Settings.
  2. Open “Data & privacy”.
  3. Tap “Delete my data” and confirm.

If you signed in with Apple, Google or e-mail, you can also use Profile → “Delete account and data”. After deletion the app keeps working with a new, empty anonymous profile.

2. By e-mail

If the app is no longer on your phone, write to support@navshield.app with the subject “Account deletion”. Include the e-mail you signed in with, or the identifier from “Profile → Diagnostics”. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours and will reply within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

  • your account and its identifier, e-mail address and Apple or Google sign-in links;
  • your consent settings;
  • stored route requests and trip recordings;
  • GPS interference reports;
  • saved places and trip history on the phone.

Deletion starts immediately and is completed in all our storage within 30 days.

4. What is kept

  • server logs (including IP address) — up to 30 days, then deleted automatically;
  • anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot identify you (for example, overall navigation accuracy) — with no time limit;
  • data we must keep by law — for the period the law requires.
